SUGARLESS COOKIES HERSHEY 
1 lb. pitted dates, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. cold water
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour

Mix dates, raisins and nuts in a bowl. Add butter, water, eggs, soda, flour and vanilla, mix well. Drop on a Pam sprayed pan. Press out with fingers dipped in water. If too hard to handle, add more water to mixture. Bake at 350 until done.
