SUGARLESS HEALTH COOKIES 
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. dates, chopped
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 tsp. sugar substitute
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour

To raisins and dates add 1 cup water and vegetable oil; boil 3 minutes. Cool. Beat eggs well. Add sugar, flour and soda; mix well and chill in refrigerator. Drop by teaspoons. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
