8 inch pie shell, deep, unbaked
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix flour, salt and sugar. Gradually blend cream and vanilla into this and stir until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 35 minutes.
