BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
16 oz. Cheez Whiz
6 oz. beer
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. yellow food color
1/4 c. chives
Popcorn

In heavy pan, melt butter and mix with flour until well blended. Heat over low flame for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and cream. Mix until smooth and thick. Add cheese and mix until cheese is melted and soup is smooth. Add beer and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in coloring and chives. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with popcorn. Serves 8.
