CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices bacon
4 oz. dried beef, type that comes in a jar (Armour)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream

In an 8x8 inch (or similar) pan, place dried beef in the bottom. Then roll up each chicken breast in a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick and place on top of dried beef.

Then mix soup and sour cream and pour on top of chicken. Bake 300 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
