CORN FRITTERS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 c. corn, drained

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine eggs and milk; pour into flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Stir in corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat. Deep fry turning once. Makes 12 fritters.
