MINIATURE CREAM CHEESE CAKES 
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers
Pie filling (I use Comstock filling)

Combine together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner or in muffin tin. Fill with 1 tablespoon of mixture. Bake. Cool. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate.
