SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (14 oz.) Stokely's Bavarian Sauerkraut, with caraway seed
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced red or green pepper
1 c. diced green onion
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix sugar, oil, water and vinegar.

Drain sauerkraut and place on cutting board. Cut through both ways with a knife and put into marinade. Add diced celery, pepper and onion. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep for days.
