TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 pt. sour cream

Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil. Pour this mixture into a mixer bowl and add the sugar, flour, and soda. Add the eggs and sour cream. Pour into greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1 inch) in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring preceding ingredients to boil in saucepan. Spread icing on hot cake; cool.
