FRUIT PIZZA 
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Blend well with fork, pat into pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool.

1ST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Blend well, spread over pastry.

FRUIT LAYER:

Kiwi
Banana
Strawberries
Blueberries
Peaches
Orange slices, etc.

GLAZE:

1 c. unsweetened juice or nectar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cornstarch

Cook until clear. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Cool. Spread over fruit. Refrigerate before serving.
