PIZZA FRUIT PIE 
1 slice & bake Pillsbury sugar dough, softened
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Cool Whip
3 or more fruits (blueberries, peaches, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges

FRUIT GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt

Mix together glaze ingredients and boil 1 minute; cool.

Spread dough on 12" pizza pan with fingers. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Then cool (can do night before, cover with plastic.) Combine cheese and Cool Whip. Spread on cookie. Lay fruit. Spread cooled glaze on top and chill.
