MEXICAN QUICHE 
2 baked pie shells
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 - 3/4 lb. hamburger, cooked
4 oz. chopped black olives
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
4 green onions, diced

Mix together Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack. Put on bottom of baked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix together remainder of ingredients. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
