GRANDMA'S APRICOT BALLS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. orange juice
1 c. sugar for coating

Make ahead for holiday treats and store in airtight containers.

Grind apricots. Mix first 4 ingredients with hands. Shape into balls the size of large olives. Roll individually in sugar to coat. Place into candy papers or store loosely in airtight container in refrigerator with clear wrap between layers.
