TURKEY CACCIATORE 
1 pkg. turkey breast tenderloins, cut up in bite size
1 can chicken broth (remove fat) or 2 c. bouillon
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. white wine
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms with juice
1/2 tsp. ground Marjoram
1 tsp. parsley
1-3 cloves garlic, minced, if desired
Pepper & salt to taste (at end of cooking)

Simmer all ingredients for 45 minutes in large pot. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve over noodles. Eggless noodles make this a very low cholesterol meal.
