CHICKEN "NO PEEK" CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
6 chicken breasts or 10 favorite pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. cooking sherry
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Grease a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Place rice evenly on bottom; place chicken on rice. Mix soup with water. Pour over chicken. Pour sherry over all. Sprinkle onion soup and almonds over all. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Do Not Peek! Serves 4-6.
