CHICKEN CUTLET PARIG 
1 pkg. chicken cutlets
1 bottle Ragu spaghetti sauce
2 lg. cut up tomatoes
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. oregano

In saucepan add jar of spaghetti sauce. Add cut up tomato, 3 tablespoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon oregano. Let cook for 1/2 hour on low heat. Wash and season chicken lightly. Brown in fry pan. Add sauce. Let cook 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Add sliced Mozzarella cheese on chicken. Cover until melted. Serve over rice.
