CHICKEN CUTLET ALA VAE 
1 lb. chicken cutlets, cut into sm. pieces
1 clove garlic
5 scallions
2 pkgs. Oodle of Noodles (any flavor)
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. broccoli cuts or mixed vegetables

Let oil get hot; add sugar until it browns. Add chicken, garlic, scallions and let brown, then add vegetables. Let cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add Oodles of Noodles, cup of water, let cook until tender.
