CHICKEN ALA - MEXICO 
12 hard corn shells, broken up
1 chicken, (cooked & broken up, deboned)
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1/2 lb. Cheddar (grated)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
2 onions (chopped)

Layer ingredients in sprayed casserole dish, starting with shells and ending with cheese on top.

Mix soup mixture with the following ingredients and pour over casserole. ]1/2 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. chili powder

(Can be served with Salsa on top.)
