CHICKEN SALAD ALA CHUTNEY WITH
GRAPES
 
1 lg. chicken, cooked any way desired, skinned, boned and diced
1 lb. seedless grapes

Mix:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. chutney
1 tart apple, peeled and grated

Mix with chicken and add grapes. Serve on lettuce. Garnish platter with thin slices of melon, peaches or other fruit.
