PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE JELLO
SALAD
 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water

Cool and let start to set. Take 1 large package cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Cream and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 small can pineapple (drained). (I use 2 cans.) Chill 1 large can Carnation milk and beat for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons real lemon and beat to peaks. Add cheese mixture, then add to Jello. Stir in 1 package pecan meal (optional). Let set overnight.
