1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg (fresh ground is best)
1 tsp. cloves
3 eggs

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
