TURKEY CHEDDAR PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 lb. ground raw turkey
1 c. mixed vegetable
1 (11 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
15 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Brown turkey and drain fat. Stir in veggies, soup, milk and thyme. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into 8 inch baking dish. Place crust on top. Flute edges. Brush with egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
