2 c. cut up cooked turkey
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix

Heat oven to 400. Grease pie pan 10 x 1 1/2 inches.

Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.
