BITE - SIZE VEGGIE PIE | |
1 (8 oz.) crescent roll 12 oz. cream cheese 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch 1/2 c. diced scallions 3/4 c. of any 4 vegetables 1 pkg. (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese Suggested: grated carrot, celery, red and green pepper, or tomato. Unroll; press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch and scallions and spread on crust. Mix 4 vegetables and spread on cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle on cheddar cheese. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Cut into bite-size squares. |
