HAWAIIAN CAKES 
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs (1 lb.)
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. butter
5 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans; at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 pkg. confectioners' sugar
1 can crushed pineapple (sm.), drained
1 stick melted butter

Mix and spread between and on top of layers.
