CATFISH CAPERS 
2 lbs. catfish
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. capers
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar (or less)
4 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves
3/4 tsp. pepper
Dash paprika

Mix all ingredients together and pour over catfish. Spoon sauce over fish several times during baking. Bake at 350 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes.
