KENTUCKY BOURBON BALLS 
2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. Kentucky bourbon
2 tbsp. white Karo

Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls about the size of a walnut. Roll in additional confectioners' sugar to eliminate stickiness.

Store in tin box or other airtight container. Tastes best when allowed to "ripen" several days or a week.
