BOURBON BALLS 
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
Sugar
1/3 c. bourbon
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Melt chocolate over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from heat, stir in sugar and syrup. Blend in bourbon. Combine wafers and nuts, add to chocolate mixture and mix well. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Store in airtight container for several days. Makes about 4 dozen. Note: These will keep 3 to 4 weeks.
