LIVER DUMPLINGS (MAYAS GALUSKA) 
2 raw chicken livers
1 egg
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 c. flour, enough to make a stiff dough
4 c. boiling water

Chop chicken livers fine and add onion and parsley. Mix together. Add egg, salt, and flour for a stiff dough. Spread on a small plate and cut 1/2 teaspoons at a time into the boiling water. Cook and stir occasionally 20 minutes then drain and rinse. Very good in soup.
