PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry crust
4 c. sliced, peeled, and pitted peaches
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour

Prepare pastry crust according to recipe. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Pile peaches into pastry shell. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat eggs; add 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, nutmeg, and sour cream. Mix until well blended; pour over peaches. Combine butter, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1/3 cup flour; blend with fingers until crumbs form. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is firm.
