PEACHES 'N CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. sour cream
5 to 6 med. peaches, peeled and thinly sliced

Bake pie shell for 7 minutes, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25 to 30 minutes more.
