1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together like pie dough, reserving a few pecans for top later. Press into bottom of 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool it.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. 4X powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, save some for top

Mix in mixer the sugar and softened cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together and spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate for several hours.
