GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen French style green beans 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 c. dairy sour cream 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. seasoned croutons Cook beans as directed on package; drain. Mix butter; add flour. Cook gently; remove from heat. Stir in sugar, onion, mustard and sour cream. Fold in beans. Place in 2 quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Top with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Makes 8 servings. |
