ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and broken into small pieces
8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
3 green onions and tops, chopped
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted
1/3 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 tbsp. poppy seed
Dressing (recipe follows)
3 oz. chow mein noodles
1 medium head iceberg lettuce, broken into small pieces
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix together sugar, cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Add vegetable oil and shake to mix well.
