WHITE CORN SALAD 
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can white corn, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
3/4 c. celery, chopped
3/4 red bell pepper, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
3 oz. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Drain corn and green beans. Set aside. Chop celery, bell pepper and green onions and mix with corn and green beans. Blend vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in saucepan and bring to boil. Set aside and let cool.

Pour cooled vinegar mixture over vegetables and blend together. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
