FETTUCINI ALA BRAVO 
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 c. diced Virginia ham
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained & chopped small
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. salt
1 lb. fresh Fettucini noodles
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan

Saute' onion, garlic, ham and mushroom with butter and oil, then add tomatoes and nutmeg, pepper, basil and oregano. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in cream, cook 10 minutes more on low heat, combine in big bowl, serve with Parmesan on top.
