CABBAGE ROLLS 
Cut heart out of large cabbage and submerge in boiling water. Leaves will begin to fall off and soften. Remove from water and drain leaves on towel or paper towel.

Mix:

2 lbs. ground beef
3 c. cooked rice
1 lg. onion, diced
Salt, pepper & MSG to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix well and roll the mixture in cabbage leaves and put in roasting pan.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomatoes (break tomatoes into pieces)
2 lg. cans Campbell's tomato soup
Salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder to taste

In a large container, add sauce ingredients and mix well.

Pour over cabbage rolls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Add water, if needed during the baking.
