CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 c. tomatoes, cooked
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cook rice. Remove leaves from cabbage and immerse them in hot water. Wipe them dry. Mix meat and milk. Add seasonings and rice. Make small rows of meat. Put in cabbage leaves and roll. Secure with a toothpick. Pack cabbage rolls in pot with cover and add large can of tomatoes. Cook, covered over slow heat for about 2 hours.
