STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. lean hamburger
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. onion
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. instant rice
Sm. can tomato sauce

Mix and form in rolls and put in cabbage leaves, cooked until wilted.

1 med. can tomato sauce, sweetened with brown sugar to taste

Make it kind of sweet. Pour over cabbage rolls in a casserole. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
