BLUEBERRY-GLAZED CHEESECAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1-1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1 can blueberry pie filling

Mix cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter and form crust in 9-inch pie pan. Work cream cheese until soft with a spoon; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add 1/2 cup sugar and teaspoon vanilla. Blend and pour in graham-line pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix and carefully spread over cheese filling. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. When cool, cover with pie filling. Chill several hours. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
