PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. pinto beans, cooked & mashed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter; cream with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and mashed beans; mix well. Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake about 45 minutes or until firm.
