CHEESY VEGGIES 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 pkg. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
4 slices bread, cubed

In greased 2 quart casserole, place vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on vegetables; melt butter and soak bread completely. Sprinkle buttered bread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown--abut 20 minutes.
