CHICKEN - STUFF CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) chicken flavored stuffing mix
2 beaten eggs
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped canned pimento
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/4 c. butter
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. milk

Combine crumb portion of stuffing mix with eggs and half the soup, set aside. In saucepan combine seasoning portion of stuffing mix with bouillon granules, butter and 1 cup water; bring to boil. Stir in crumb mixture; mix well. Spread in 2 quart casserole; top with chicken.

In another bowl combine rest of soup, milk and pimento. Pour over chicken and stuffing mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees until set, about 45 minutes. Garnish with pepper rings if desired.
