LASAGNE 
MEAT SAUCE:

3 lbs. ground beef
Med. onion, chopped fine
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
2 (28 oz.) jars Ragu spaghetti sauce

1 box lasagne noodles
1 egg
1 (15 oz.package) Ricotta cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 (12 oz. package) Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz. package) sharp Cheddar cheese

Meat sauce: Brown ground beef and drain. Add all other ingredients and stir. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Cook lasagne noodles as directed on box. In small bowl combine Ricotta cheese, beaten egg and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

In 15x10 inch pan cover the bottom with sauce, then a layer of noodles and another layer of sauce. Top sauce with half of the Ricotta mixture and 1 package of Mozzarella. Layer noodles and sauce and Ricotta and Mozzarella again. Layer remaining noodles, then sauce and then sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese. Add 3rd package of Mozzarella and package of Cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until bubbly.
