PEANUT BUTTER CUPS (CANDY) 
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter (smooth)
2/3 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/8 to 1/4 c. cocoa butter

Blend first 3 ingredients, add sugar. Roll into balls and chill. Melt chocolate and cocoa butter in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper. Makes 6 dozen.
