QUICK AND EASY SMOKED SAUSAGE | |
This is a quick and easy meal. The kids like it. We normally crush the potatoes up on the plate. Add butter to the potatoes and salt and pepper if you desire. 1 lb. smoked sausage 5 medium potatoes 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans greens beans, drained garlic salt (McCormick) black pepper Peel potatoes, cut in half long ways. Open both cans of green beans and drain. Cut up the smoked sausage into 2-inch (bite-sized) pieces Put everything in a pot. Season with garlic salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with water and lid. Cook on medium-high until the potatoes are cooked. Drain the water and enjoy! Takes about 30 minutes. Submitted by: James L. Baker |
