12 c. flour 2 tbsp. yeast 1 tbsp. sugar 4 c. warm water 1 tbsp. salt 1/3 c. oil Place flour in a large bowl make a hole in middle of flour. Put yeast and sugar in hole and add warm water. After the yeast works add the salt and oil and mix all ingredients with electric mixer as much as possible. Work the rest of flour in by hand. Let rise in greased pan work down. Make loaves or rolls. Let rise again and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
