SPENO'S OYSTER PIE 
1 qt. oysters, drained
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. fine chopped green onions and tops
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. Italian herb bread crumbs
1 stick butter
10 drips Tabasco

Grease a 1 quart casserole or a Pyrex loaf pan; good size. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Layer of oysters on bottom, sprinkle on 1/2 ingredients, dot with butter and 5 drops of Tabasco. Repeat next layer. Pour over milk, make sure milk gets to bottom of oysters. Dot with butter and 5 drops Tabasco. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
