FRUIT DESSERT 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. mashed bananas, sprinkled with lemon juice
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sour cream

Soften gelatin in a 1/2 cup cold water. Add boiling water and stir to mix. When slightly cool, add bananas, strawberries and pineapple. Pour half of this mixture into 8 1/2x8 1/2 inch glass dish that has been sprayed with vegetable shortening. Refrigerate at least an hour. Spread sour cream over top and cover with remaining mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
