ORANGE CAKE 
Grind 1 lg. orange, save juice for top of cake
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. nut meats (optional)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Mix above together and 1/4 cup milk. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Dribble orange juice over hot cake. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. This recipe was given to me by Lola Armbruster.
